Sometimes when we are manufacturing wooden furniture, or simply repairing it, we find small imperfections result of: a miscalculation at the time of manufacture, a given stroke, damage to the wood, or just in case of repair, time.
Well, one way to fix those little imperfections is the plaster, or wood putty. What is the main problem? Because usually the colors on the market, rarely coincide with those of our furniture.
A very simple way to fix this is, when sanding before varnishing our furniture, collect the dust arising from such grinding operation and mix with white wood glue, or with colorless varnish spray.
If you mix it with white glue will do in a ratio in which the dust of wood is 60-70% of the mix, and we note that when dry our wood furniture surely must decrease both that we have to repeat the operation. Once I managed to cover the crack, will sandpaper to match, and treat it as one more piece of wood before varnishing.
On the other hand, we can mix wood dust with clear lacquer for varnishing, if we do this, we note that the ratio will be about 50%. What to see, what is it is liquid enough to penetrate the wood, and not so much as to be out of space to cover. Like the white tail, once achieved, will follow the same steps.
This mixture usually gives fewer problems when dry, and may even have a better finish color. Moreover, we believe, is more resistant mix made with white tail? When doing so, appreciate what suits them.
